easy-peezee Chicken Tortilla Soup

I threw this together tonight for dinner:

3 cans of chicken
1 can drained rinsed black beans
1-1.5 c frozen corn kernels
1 jar enchilada sauce
1tbs dehydrated onion
3 chicken bouillion cubes
enough water to cover it all (4-5c maybe)

dump it all in a pot together, cover with water, bring to a boil, then cut down and let it all simmer together for about 20 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese and tortilla chips or strips.

This was one of the quickest, easiest soups I've done in a while, and it tasted great. Hubs loved it too, but the babe wasn't impressed.
