Menu plan for 1/17-23

We finally had the lasagna tonight. It will probably make left overs for at least one more lunch and dinner, YUM! On the menu for the rest of the week:

Potato Soup
Veggie Soup with whole wheat rotini
Chicken and Rice and Green Pea casserole
Baked Chicken Fingers with red skin mashed potatoes and green bean casserole
Ground Turkey Tacos with Rice and Beans

I've sold 3 hats and one pair of mittens in the last month, yay me! Right now I am working on a hat for the shop, and after that, maybe a scarf or two also for the shop. I've made myself a couple of scarves, and a nice warm hat for dh. I also had to work on mil's hat that I gave her for Christmas, she wanted it to have a brim. All in all very busy!
